Well Kyndall unlike you we as (MODS) also have our private RW jobs we attend to and do this as a service to the site (FREE) we at times do get busy with RW activities and have to attend to them. this is why we have more then 1 Moderator per city to ensure that at least one of us gets to the site and takes action as needed
