I was looking to review a amp and the form was not like the other form I had filled out for a provider. All I saw was a title and a message did I click the wrong + on amp reviews?
Go back to the AMP SECTION. You were in the right place. You clicked on the NEW THREAD button. Obviously it is the wrong button. To the right of it is a NEW ENCOUNTER button. Click on it. The form that should open will look more familiar.

Figured it out, I was on the reformatted version so I had to switch back to the full sight and the button was there ty for the help
