Maximum Attachments

When I try to attach a pic , I get an error saying I have exceeded the limit. I have tried to delete every attachment I have and it still shows I am maxed out and there doesn't seem to be anyway to delete anything else.

Perhaps it is the size limit of the photo the error is referring to.
