ROS Credit question

If I review a P411 provider who doesn't appear to be on Eccie, will I still receive ROS credit ?

A provider's membership status on ECCIE has nothing to do with the reviewer receiving PA credit for the review. Lots of non-ECCIE BP girls get reviewed, for example; if the review meets the moderator's standards, the reviewer receives PA credit.
