Provider status

My account was downgraded, but I'm now available again as a provider and need provider status once again, also I need my provider name listed as the name Britney Marie, which is the name I've always went by but I'm not sure how to change this threw the site. Thank you for your help

Your account is currently in the "Upgraded Female Account" status which provides you with access you previously had.

On the renaming issue, you will have to contact Web Support by e-mail.

Provide them with your current user name and explain your request and provide them with a reason for the request.
