Strange review showing up in my reviews!?!?!

Ok so I posted this in staff question also posting it here to see if anyone's reviews are doing this too.

So I'm looking at my reviews and it says I had one more review (I have 15 now says 16). I look at the date it says 12/31/1969 which is way before my time! Then I click on it and it takes me to this website http://phxgirlnextdoor.com/pub/category/rob/

I just thought it was extremely weird. What can this be?
