PM question

Why is it that when i am in chat I will get a pop up saying that I have a PM but am not allowed to view it? It gives me the option to accept it but when I do no msg appears......I do have premium access when this occurs??

Wish I could answer that question for you. One of the more tech savvy guys should have an answer for you.

I'm not tech savy by any means, but I think it's some sort of glitch that'll occasionally happen. It hasn't happened to me a while, but when it did, I'll notice that a few in the chat room will make comments publically about it as well. It seems that it happens to more than one at the same time. If it happens way too often, try leaving the chat room and reloading it. Good luck.
