A new monument in Alabama commemorates the documented lynching of 4300 black people.

Okay, what did they leave out?

Why Oprah? She's not running for president...or is she?
4300 black people but nothing for white people who were lynched during the same time period. Kind of racist is you ask me.
Who lynched these poor people? Mostly southern democrats. Who got lynched? Mostly black republicans. What did they try to do to stop it? Buy guns and protect themselves. Ida Bell, a black reporter, said that the Winchester should have a place of honor on the mantel of every freedman and his family.

As much of a crime as lynching was against a people, these story by CBS is woefully incomplete and biased.
