I have tried several times to sign up and my CC is continually denied. Called your provider and they were NO help. PLEASE HELP SP or somebody
Assuming the credit is available on your credit card account, you may wish to contact your bank. There is so much online fraud and theft, many of the banks and card issuers have put many Internet sites and business on blacklists or if the purchase does not fit your profile history, their systems will deny you.
Don't know what Merchant Code ECCIE has, but in my experience this is one of the reasons a charge can be denied. When your card is set up, whoever sets it up may block out certain merchant codes. If ECCIE has one that is blocked out, the charge will never go through.
Try a different card or send a money order.
If credit card won't work you can use Money Order.
I had NO PROBLEMS at all using CC and signing up.
