I am sure you can get a taxi there for about $150 pesos...7-8 bucks. Tell the driver to take you to Los Arcos restaurant and then walk from there (directions from Google maps, about two or three blocks) You'll save having to pay any increases in price that the taxis/massage parlors coordinate.

I have never heard of any of these places taking reservations. It's pretty much first come, first served and hit or miss with regard to what you find.

Stoya is a much nicer massage parlor with newer and cleaner facilities. There is usually more selection there and a greater percentage of thin girls.

Genesis has darker and smaller rooms. However, I have found some rather hot ladies there, among them Carmen and Ruby. Both are large size (not fat) and quite good at their work.

The google street view photo is eight years old. Stoya did not exist at the time the picture was taken. There was a taxi stand in that place at that time. The satellite photo is more recent and shows the parking lot at Stoya.

Genesis is at Fernando Montes de Oca 361. There is no sign visible in the Google street view, but you can't miss the building because it is a bright purple color. If arriving by car, you will find it easier to enter around back where there is ample enclosed and monitored parking.
