Anatomical question for the ladies.

This is a serious question for you ladies that have labia minora hypertrophy (they stick out past the labia majora), when you wear tight pants do you fold them both to the same side or split them? Also, do you like them to receive attention during oral or are we men just boring you and having our own fun playing with them?
