The unit is 1000 sq feet with floor to celing windows and automatic shades.

Parking is free for clients and the garage is easily accessed.

concierge at front entry? valet parking?

Looks that The Xosaic no? I had a concern with the only entry being the front desk and having to sign in. Is there another entrance I didn't know about? I know a few people that might be interested. That's a great building! Is it a sublet?
