know the law in vegas?!

So I am listening to the radio and hear this commercial.
two men are talking and one man tells the other man to not have sex with young girls who can not drive. And says it is against the law in Vegas to have sex with girls under 16????? Is not that the law every where in the USA?
The commercial ends with know the law in Vegas and a disease control center.

It used to be very interesting to read over.. Some countries just, wow.. I was floored. You have to remember that no matter where you go, you have to apply the laws of your homeland. While you may not be punished abroad, you can be punished upon return to America.
