By the way - Garland is breaking the law doing this as it violates 5 U.S.C. §7211 (the Lloyd-La Follette Act).

Banning whistleblowers from contacting Congress, or threatening them if they contact Congress, is blatantly illegal. But Merrick Garland has never cared about the law, because he’s little more than a capo for the Biden crime family.
