Do providers who charge 1-2-3 or more thousands an hour get paid that for real? I see them around for long time which means they must have something coming in

my guess is rarely unless they are a well known porn actress.

A lot of them do, but I'm quite sure their clientele is very low volume like they want. They will always have some guys who can afford their rate and then there are the other gents who are curious and treat themselves to those ladies with the high ticket price.

Lol. Question is how do u find them!! And yes low volume indeed. You only need one a week or maybe 2 to make decent money. I had a few but they are hard to find now
