They'll be the last places to open. I wouldn't be surprised if "new laws" are enacted specifically at strip clubs. You heard it here first.

I've heard Whispers is opening, I know someone that went to an interview there for their reopening. Workers from Bazookas are saying they're being told it'll be well after the city opens that they open again.

Fantasy ranch opened tonight

I visited Fantasy Ranch and Temptations on their reopening night, 5/15.

I had not been to Fantasy Ranch in 10 years. They are now an alcohol club. Dancers wear pasties, but in my 40 minutes at the club, only two dancers took their tops off on stage. No one was making money. Several dancers were seriously obese. Dance options are (1) lap dance @$20. They can touch you; you can't touch them. (2) bed dance room with mutual touching. This is planned for the future, but was not operating tonight. (3) champaign room (also not open yet), details tba. Normal cover will be $5. I will not be returning, however.

Temptations (downtown KCMO) was fairly busy. When I entered, someone checked my temperature with a remote thermometer. While COVID-19 has convinced some dancers to retire from the biz, there were plenty of familiar faces. Not sure what weeknight shifts will look like. Still $20 cover and those dammed "dancer drinks" @ $6/$12.

One of the Temptations girls shared a rumor that Bazookas is opening on Saturday night, 5/16.

Facebook page for Whispers in Basehor says they are opening Monday. Not sure that's legal under the Governor's order, but who's going to stop them?

under 10,000 square feet they can according to phase 2(?) operate at 25% capacity. Over 10,000 square feet i think it's 10%.

A lot of that 10-10-10 stuff we heard about was either changed, or Temptations is ignoring it.

Not a surprise that the Bazookas rumor was false. They did not open today.

Paradise was suppose to open tonight but on their Website they called it off a couple days ago and are now saying in June. Due to the guidelines and their size, I don't know how they could allow more than 10 customers in at a time. Ninety percent of the customers there are just there for the cheap drinks and scenery, so I don't know how the girls will make any money. I'm not a germ-a-phobe, but I'm not sure my feeling about having a girl sit in my lap that has been in 20 other peoples lap in the last hour. The bigger places will have an advantage if you want to be able to spread out a little, have a beer, and skip the dances. This may be the end of the Strip Club Scene for a long while.

On their Facebook page, Flamingo Club states they will open June 15th.

Paradise opened last night, and it was a hell of a return. I've been there every few months or so over the last couple years and this was easily up there with one of the best nights I've had. Granted I usually prefer earlier weekdays than crowded Friday nights, but there were 6 or more ladies there that were exactly my type - petite, younger blondes and redheads. One of them being without question one of the most attractive dancers I've ever seen anywhere.

This probably sounds like an ad, but I'll be going back...
