Kiki is a very soft spoken lady. From my experience, she's always prompt and will go above and beyond to take care of you. Xbazix, it's very unforunte that you and her had a mixup. I agree with ShreveportAdult, her pics do not do her justice. She's a sweet southern bubbly catch of the day.
