cam/skype and a in-person session?

Are there many providers out there who are up for something like this?

I actually got into the hobby starting with the whole "cam girl" thing and thinking that some type of cam/skype the night before a session or during the day before would be awesome.

doesn't seem like many girls explicitly mention it, and don't know how hard it'd be to set it up, but does anyone know of a provider that does things like thi?
