Serena is definitely the best of her generation but the quality of the competition in both the men's and women's ranks is absolutely the worst in 3 decades.

I'm talking the rankings from 1 - 25. There are no more hard servers or serve and volleyers. It's all "blast from the baseline" and see who hits a short ball first.

Sure miss the 90s and early 2000s.
