I met a suave man touching on his 80's in the back of a club. He oozed style, had an air of infallible charm. You'd think he came out of a James Bond movie, but it was natural to him. A philosophy of life, not an act.
It drilled home to me, that the soul is ageless.
I *love* when someone over 60 or so carries his or herself with grace, elegance, sex appeal. I met a woman last year who must have been around 70, and wore hip, beautiful clothing and makeup, had never had plastic surgery of any kind, and was even more alluring by virtue of her age and wisdom. She was sexy in a way that wasn't contrived or artificial; she didn't look like she was trying to be younger. So sexy! I hope I have it going on when I reach that age.
You nailed it. It's not trying to look younger, it's enjoying what you are.
Actually seeing this man gave me hope for an exciting dating life in my twilight years. I'll be chasing men like him when I'm over 60!! Hell, I'm tempted to chase him now!
