Why when searching a provider with reviews on ECCIE by her phone number the search comes up with no matches.
Can the search engine be programed to give a match to make research much easier. Rather than searching by name which is very time consuming.

When I get frustrated I try the g00gle search command:
Site:eccie.net 5555
Where 5555 is the last 4 of the phone # , or any other term or close match I'm looking fr.

Thanks for the tip. I have tried it with mixed results.
I have had some luck researching BP ladies using: BP providers name eccie and this will reveal a View Provider if she is reviewed.
Such as BP Paige eccie http://www.eccie.net/viewprovider.php?id=15957
Sometimes it is helpful to ad the city after the providers name. If you are sure where the provider is from.
