Location Location Location

I will be arriving there in a few weeks and wanted to know the best city to stay in the central part of the state. I have gotten a couple of pm's but now am confused, what is safe or not. Also 3 or 4 star hotels are what I prefer. Any help on that would be greatly appreciated.

Guys I am so sorry but I have a family emergency that has to be taken care of right now. I am cancelling this trip and I will reschedule hopefully next month.
