Can someone help me get verified? I have all information needed.... no one has got back to me yet

Also, can you tell me what email provider you use? (Google, Yahoo, aol.com, outlook.com, etc.)? I think there is an issue with the xxxxxxxx@eccie.net email addresses and want to give them additional information.
