If you read my alert info in that forum.... you will see that Killeen PD has used BP in the past to pose as providers for a sting operation aimed at "johns". Last time was July 2011.
Temple uses thier only female line officer as a decoy and targets the "johns" picking up SW.
Waco PD and BCS PD's have not used BP to target the men, to my knowledge.
