Destination Suggestions

I got cut loose from my job, so it looks like I will have some free time on my hands for a while, considering how the job market is. If it goes so long as April, I am going to jump on the bike and do hit some different cities and try out the local fare. Any suggestions on where to go and who to hit up?

Plan on doing reviews throughout the trip. Not too hot on the idea of hitting up too many unknown types along the way.
