Well... you may have approved it by accident, but you didn't move it to the correct forum. This is the forum for St. Louis and eastern Missouri (say, Columbia/Jeff City and points east to the Mississippi River).

There is another forum for Kansas City and Kansas (as well as a third one for Springfield/Joplin). Because this encounter occurred in Kansas City, you should have moved this to the KC/Kansas forum.
