Message Alerts?

Is there a way to set up message alerts? Like if a specific provider posts in a specific forum it lets you know? It's hard to tell when a traveling provider will be in town if you aren't lurking the boards 24/7

I'm not sure you can get a message alert when someone just posts something. You could always just add them to your contact list, and periodically check for threads/Ads started by them.
