"New Review" link missing

Like a moron, I recently posted a review under new thread instead of new review. I'd like to post another, but after receiving a PM from the provider that I wasn't 100% complimentary about, I'd like to do it right this time. Alas, I cannot find the link where it is supposed to be. I've read ElumEno's post on how to submit a review and I think it's either outdated or some type of issue on my end. I'm looking in the Independent Provider and have used multiple browsers to see if it's something tied to that. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

never mind, I clicked on "full site" at the bottom of the screen and am able to see the review link now. What the heck did I click to get the alternate layout? Mobile version? Go Advanced?
