Can the Owners please clarify....... The Fee section of Reviews.

www.eccie.net/misc.php?do=form&fid=20 See the instructions for Fee. "Provider's advertised rate, whether it be a special or regular rate."

Now please read the following Statement from T-Bone

* The actual fee paid is what you put in the ' Fee' field. This is what YOU paid. If her rate is $250 and you paid $250, that is what you fill in. If she gave you a discounted rate of $225 than $225 is what you put in for fee paid, not $250. If she is running a special for $200, this is the amount you enter for the fee. The actual fee you paid for this session is the entry you should make, nothing else. In the event you left a tip, add it to ' Fee ' and put that number in ' Total Paid.' Reviews must reflect the actual price paid for the session you are reviewing otherwise it is inaccurate. Originally Posted by TBONE

They DO seem to conflict.

Whispers

The thread you linked above is from Kosher Cowboy's "how to write a review" posted as a tribute to Amber and ASPD.In the thread there is lots of helpful information aimed at new members writing their first review.

I see this was made a sticky in the Austin Forum.

I did not say that, simply quoted it.

Our guideline here on Eccie is that the fee posted on the review should be what a member should expect to pay.
Her advertised rate is $250 then fill in $250.
She gives you a special rate because she thinks you're cute then you still fill in $250 in the review field.

No reason to divulge any special rate that's between the two of you.

Hope this helps to clarify.

Thanks.

I always took it as "The Gospel according T-Bone"

I happen to agree that the only thing reported as "paid" should be what was paid.

Some chicks are boning dudes for $100 plus a review that quotes a $300 rate and they are not worth the $220 most of their competition charges.

Seems to pervert the process.

I don't see where accurate information could hurt in any manner.
