becoming active again

What would be another step a provider can take to become active once again on Eccie since both of our multiple emails are being ignored. Between the 2 of us, we have written multiple times to the monitors and staff members within the past couple of weeks in an attempt to get her re-verified. To this day, we have not gotten any response. Does anyone out there know the answer.

I answer all emails that come in. I did find one email from Lady Scarlet on that used your email as a vouch from June 4th. That one ended up in my spam folder that I did not notice before. Ms Scarlet's VP has been restored. My apologies for the delay.
