search phone numbers

Is there any way that when one enters a phone number that only that phone number would pop up? Now when I enter a phone number in search I get a huge amount of hits-none of them the correct ones.

It works a little better if you just search on the last 4 digits. Not perfect, but better.

The phone number search used to work, I have tried using " " and + but nothing works.
