Haven't crossed over in a while

So I haven't crossed over into Juarez since early January. A female, Juarez friend of mine told me that since the election, Juarez isn't as friendly toward us whiter than white, non Spanish speaking folk. Anyone have any issues wandering over the border lately? Been itching to head over, but don;t want to walk into unwelcome territory.

I think as long as you have money, most people are like us and can care less about the politics. I have been going regularly and will be going again next weekend. I am on the other side (Monterrey) today and haven't noticed any hostility either.

That's nonsense. No one will care that you're there.
