How do I upload my pics on my profile

Look to the far left and scroll down till you see "user CP" which is control panel. Click on it and it should give you options to modify profile and upload pics. Let one of us know if this doesn't work.
I'm not completely familiar with provider profile but am pretty sure it's under that user cp.

Why did you create this new account? Multiple handles/profiles are not allowed.
