Eccie made the Drudge Report

Of course the news article out of Fort Worth CBS affiliate goes right for the sex trafficking angle.....couldn't be more wrong, lol. Now that eccie has hit the main stage...can we expect more heat?

Screen, screen, screen!!!!! Both guys and gals!
Some interesting suggestions in the comments. I never knew about some of the other websites.
The news station in Dallas was promoting this story for a little bit so I had heard about it while reading the Dallas forum. (I guess the memo went all around to CBS stations. BR and other cities are running online sex stories too) I was wide awake and bored so I stayed up to watch the newscast online. Reading between the lines I thought the story tipped "the mans" hand a bit and it was very revealing.

Oh yeah, since this is hobby related I am moving this to coed.
You said it tipped the man's hand....how so?
It just it outlinef what they can, and can't, do about sites that cater to illegal activity. Of course with the added exposure it lead to other complications, but the reality is they can do very little about sites like this.
With this thread: http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=725538

And now this, it makes me a little jumpy.
I wasn't sure where to post it Stick.

I am actually mildly surprised that Homeland Security has just (as they have done before), gone ahead and shut down the website with no legal justification....as they did with sites selling knock off olympic wear during the olympics, and I believe there were several other examples, (music sharing websites?).

I read the other day that more money has been spend on the Dept. Homeland Security, than was spent on the new deal. Didn't stop the Boston Bombing, but every now and then they arrest prostitute. Mission creep? More like malfeasance in office. Borders unsecured, terrorism....but they ain't got no time for that.

Well this isn't surprising at all since we're living in the end times of Western Civilization. Crumbling civilizations are characterized by wackiness and we see it in full effect here.
WE WILL ALL BE OKAY EVERYONE!!!

Keep your head high and stop stressing. They are not going to be able to shut this site down... They have no reason to do so, there are worse sites with more explicit content out there than this. I think it might help to clean it up a little just to be on the safe side, than again... I wouldn't worry about it too much as long as we are 18 or older we should be fine. BP has been threatened for years... Craigslist only got shut down because it was very trashy and the Craigslist killer... watch the movie.

I really think everyone is stressing. I posted something as well in the Florida section.
ECCIE will take care of us, if not P411 sure will!

Have a blessed one!!!
