This is a well-done piece of documentary work. I don't think this is the same group who produces the HBO show. Additionally, I have found that the HBO show is somewhat over the top in terms of the "WOW" factor they put into their stories. Canadian crew.

Case in point was the story VICE-TV did about the Texas drought. Made Austin look like one big prayer meeting. Kinda funny.
