Delete Provider Review HELP!

I put a review in and i need to have it deleted. I have asked for help and I am not getting any replies. Does anyone have any idea how i can fix this.

Click on the that appears at the lower left of the post you are referring to and you can send your request to a moderator in your area who can help you.
