Noticed that he did not inform the White House of his decision when he made his press conference. This caught the WH off guard on the unexpected announcement.

this is telling. He must've been under alot of pressure to put a decision favorable to the Clintons. He must know that the Obama lawyers will not prosecute Hillary which lead to a sarcastic comment about lawyers not taking the case.

this is his push back in a roundabout way.

I think what Comey did was the right thing to to do.

the announcement wasn't for the benefit of the Clintons or Obama. I think this was his message to the american people as he knew everyone will be watching.

A senior Department of State official claimed there is no documentation showing former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton ever received training in the proper handling of classified materials, according to a June 30 Department of Justice filing in U.S. District Court.

The disclosure could buttress FBI Director James Comey’s testimony before a congressional committee that Clinton was perhaps not “sophisticated enough” to understand that the marking “C” on an email meant it was a classified document.
