Please excuse my ignorance. I am an escort from Australia. In Australia we are lucky enough for escorting to be legal. Although some states here have regulations like you can't advertise unsafe sex.

I know in America it is legal to do porn and L.A is one of biggest porn producing cities in the world but it is Illegal to be a sex worker or client which is whack cos the only difference is one has a camera infront of you.

So iam wondering. Why don't more girls just bring a camcorder to the hotel? The girl can set the camera up so it just points to their legs or something so the guy doesn't need to freak out. Show him it's Not showing any faces and record it and then when the time is over.. You can just erase it. Wouldn't this make it legal? I mean if the other person is an undercover. Couldn't you say you showed up to make porn and therefore making it Legal?

Has anyone tried using this as a Legal way to do escorting and legal way of seeing an escort?

I asked this same question about a year ago, but was shot down by my local providers, saying that I did not know all the regulations required for making porn videos, hiring actors, paying camera crew, etc. I understand that most municipalities do not allow that type of business permit inside city limits. I was also told that some certifications are required to produce and publish the videos, thus are required to capture the action. Also, I believe that there is the requirement for screen actors guild involvement, making an auditor's presence mandatory.
