The conduct you mention is all legal, if it's between consenting adults and nothing of value is offered or exchanged to engage in it, even with an exchange of bodily fluids. If you're asking if a provider can legally sell these services to a hobbyist, that's a completely different question. The answer to that question in Texas is: If the conduct is sexual conduct, and there's an offer, acceptance, or public solicitation, or the conduct actually takes place, for a fee, then its illegal. Of course, the law may be different in a state other than Texas.
