More Las Cruces

Ok, I did a little bit of playing last night and this morning just to prepare myself for my trip this weekend. I don't get in until late tomorrow night but have Friday and Saturday free for some extracurricular fun. I texted a few providers from a burner as if I was ready to schedule, just to see what would happen. I know - wasting their time if they're truly legit providers, but I see it as good pre-planning.

Amy: Texted her and said I'd love to see you. When are you available, and can you come to my hotel room or do I have to meet you somewhere? She texted back and just said "anytime babe." I said ok cool, how about 10:30 or 11? This was a little after 9:00. No reply until about 10:50, and she said "11 sounds good." I said ok where do I meet you? No response. So yeah, this one is playing a game of some sorts. Who knows what.

Jezebelle: This one is legit. She moved to LC from Sacramento, CA a little over a year ago. I was able to trace her pics back to ads and reviews from her time in Sacramento. Reviews are all good. She's an anal specialist - will do other stuff too but rear entry is what you would normally go to her for. She responds back to texts quickly. I texted her this morning and she was ready to come to my hotel right away if I wanted. I told her something just came up and I have to step out for a bit, but I'd contact her later. She said ok, just let me know. No nonsense, no requesting a deposit or anything. I don't know how current her STG pics are but if they're anywhere near current she's decent looking.

I asked for a 10 AM appointment and she said yes, but then she said "can you send over a few bucks babe to hold your appointment spot?" It wasn't until then when I noticed the URL in her STG says Albuquerque, so this one is a definite avoid. Obviously trolling for deposits.

So if anyone knows anything about Jezebelle, I'd appreciate any info. She seems legit, and a little back door action might be fun this weekend.

So let me understand this. You mongers bitch about providers wasting your time but you have no problem wasting there's in the name of "research"? You couldn't just be honest with the provider and say you were looking for something on Friday or Saturday?

This wasting time thing goes both ways you know. Makes you no better than the providers that waste your time in my opinion.

Yes, it swings both ways. We don't want to walk into a bad or dangerous situation, and while all providers certainly aren't bad, there are a lot of bad apples out there. We have to watch our backs just like you have to watch yours. Most of the time if you're asking for something "for Friday or Saturday" you aren't going to get a straight answer, or you're going to get "please send me a deposit to hold down your spot." In this case we're talking about providers with a sketchy reputation for one reason or another. Ideally, I agree - transparency is the best thing, both ways. Unfortunately it rarely works out that way.

This is especially true in a town like Las Cruces where there are very few providers and almost zero reviews of the ones who advertise here, and the majority of the ones advertising are pretty clear scams.

I just feel like you are showing them the same disrespect that you complain about from them. You could have waited until Friday or Saturday and sent the same requests that you got such a quick response on and accomplished the exact same thing.

I was a moderator on this and the previous site for more than 10 years and I see the situation from both sides. I have had just as many providers complain about the games mongers play as I have had mongers complain about providers. You need to treat them with the same respect that you expect from them. Do your research on here and other review sites and if it sounds too good to be true then move on.

Playing games is going to get you in a bad situation just as likely as not doing your research respectfully.

Ok, point taken. I appreciate the insight and won't do that again. I'm just trying to watch out for my safety as there is practically zero info out there on this town, but I get how that can be as frustrating to the providers as the other way can be frustrating to us. On the flip side, two of the three that I messaged were scams, and I'm probably going to see the one who wasn't a scam this weekend.

I admit that I screwed up and didn't use the best judgment here. Thanks for showing me the error of my ways.

My two cents on Jezebelle...I set up appointments with her twice and both times the exact same routine. She directs me to her incall and once I get there she goes radio silent for 10 or 15 minutes. She eventually responded both times and gave me her apt number, but again both times, left me standing at the door knocking. Both times claimed she didn't hear me and asks me to come back after I've driven away.

My time is tight so that's never an option, but even if I had the flexibility, doing that twice just shows a general disregard for my time.

Another concern is she has a security camera right at her front door. I've gotten in the habit of wearing a mask (medical) thanks to all the doorbell cameras. I guess this is no different, but it just made me extra uneasy.

Too bad, because she seems like a lot of fun.

Thanks - good info on Jez. When I had my (regretfully fake) exchange with her this morning, she was going to come to my hotel room. Said she’d be right over. One thing I’ve read from her past reviews when she lived in California is that she isn’t punctual. I’m always uneasy about doing incalls in a private home or apartment, so the fact that she’ll do Outcall is appealing.

Amy finally texted back and said sorry she didn’t get the notification on her phone and we can still hook up if I want. She sent her address. It doesn’t look too sketchy. Old semi-run down house in the neighborhood off of Lohman. But again, I’m always a bit leery of incalls. I’d much rather have her come to me, and she isn’t open to that.

So looks like decision time. I’ll figure it out when I get to town I guess.

I disagree. They are selling a product. We are the buyers. Texting to find out if someone is legit or finding out if the product meets the buyer's needs is par for the course.

One provider did not follow through with him. The other he seemed to be just testing the waters and was not ready to schedule at that time even though she was willing to schedule right then.

A few texts is hardly time wasting. Not the equivalent of waiting in a parking lot for 30-45 minutes or making a drive to an appointment to only be ghosted.

These elements are not on the same playing field.

So being in town this weekend, I was able to get an appointment with Amy. She's the real deal. I'll post a review on her later.

The next day I decided to try Jezebelle. Called her at 5:45 PM and she answered her phone and said she was available and could be at my hotel in about 30 minutes. Ok cool. Well 30 minutes became an hour, then it became an hour and a half before she texted and said sorry babe, I got a little bit delayed. I'm leaving my apartment right now if we're still on. Ok sure. What's your ETA? She said 20 minutes. Cool. Well 20 minutes turned into an hour, and then I had an errand I needed to run. I texted her and said I have to step out for a little bit but we can still do this if you're ok with waiting 15-20 minutes until I get back. She said "I'm 2 exits away but I can kill a little time if need be." Well that's bullshit - there's no "2 exits away" in Cruces. She said how about we meet at 9? I said lets make it 9:15 to make it safe. She said that's perfect - see you then. Well I got back to my room at 9:10. Texted and said I'm here. No response. It's now 10:00 and nothing. So this one is playing a game, and it matches up with what the other poster said about her incall. Anybody's guess what her deal is.
