It'll be filled with lies and hate speech to further divide america.
Its gonna be terrible

The speech will be full of claimed successes that have brought the country to a bad place, in my view. But that is the content of the speech. It could be bad (very bad) in another aspect.

"They" will have him so rehearsed; he will be mumbling it in his sleep. He may stray off script with some remark and fumble badly getting back on track.

On the day-of, his handlers will have him pumped up on a cocktail of medications. His 80-year-old physical constitution may not handle all of that chemistry. He might exhibit health issues that cannot be fluffed over. He may not be able to complete tghe speech.

How bad? It could be really bad.

Never-the-less, a complete implosion could happen..
