Simply entering the city and state produces a ton of useless results on STG.

I have found that STG can be a bit more useful by entering your city name as a KEYWORD in the search settings. If the provider didn't enter the city name for the location field, it is probably because she is NOT in that city.

Here's how I found this...open the pics, right click on them and search google for the image...I also always google search the phone numbers and you'll usually find your answer that way as well.
