Just curious, have any of the providers here accepted a trade for their services? With the current economy I could see the possibilities for some services or goods being traded and was just curious. I myself don't possess any "skills" that would lend themselves to this situation, unless for some reason you need me to come dig ruts in your yard with my truck (something I seem to do very well everytime it rains). Any interesting or unusual trades? I figured if a girl had a "regular" that had certain skills or abilities there may be an occassional swap of services. Anyway, just trying to start up a subject and get some discussion going. Oh, and I'm not refering to any sugar-daddy situations. It's also not exactly a fair calculation... i.e., an escort's hourly rate is significantly higher than a handyman's. Let's say I need handyman services...and for the sake of the argument, I'll consider bartering...I was not performing "handyman" services. I was refinishing a 150 year old Buffet worth nearly $3K...My normal fee for this job would have been almost $600, because without the restoration, the piece would not be worth but $500 and soon deteriorate beyond salvage.
How resentful is my poor handyman going to feel when he's obligated to work 12 hours to barter for 1 hour of mine? Originally Posted by Ginger Doll
