Open seating on private planes

Hello, I work as a booking Accounting executive for a large private jet leasing company. Almost daily, I have To book planes empty, or near empty. Also, for this, I would like to offer anybody that travels a lot exclusivity to hopping on these planes. Only in the United States. I cannot do outside of the country.
