Price in an ISO Thread

I would like to try to find a lady a little closer to me by posting an ISO thread in the coed section.
My question is: Am I allowed to mention the price I am wanting to pay in an ISO thread?

I would just post saying are there any providers in the XYZ Area and see what happens. I wouldn't rule anything out at this point. You can always get choosy after you know what is available.
