I used to be able to access reviews and can't now. How come?
Well, you don't have PA to view the ROS.

Also, because the old reports do not conform to the new template, those will remain hidden for the foreseeable future. The new template has removed certain items. The template is a more generic post and it will be renamed Encounter Report. The Admin staff and developers will be working on scrubbing the old reports and making those items available as time permits.
How do we have PA access restored?

I’d sent an email to support and so far hadn’t received a response.
As you can surely imagine, the admin staff is quite busy from issues that have arisen from the re-launch. The only answer I can give is be patient. If your story regarding why your PA should be restored is credible, they will upgrade your account.

If you don't hear from the staff within a week, let me know and I will try to intervene on your behalf.
