Texas SB 94

There is a lot of noise in the Dallas forums over the CBS 11 story that ran last night concerning Eccie. The one thing that came out of it that I think deserves a bit more discussion is the referenced bill that is currently making its way through this legislative session.

The question for those of you who are experienced in such matters, is this a bill we should be keeping an eye on? If it passes, could it impact online interaction between hobbyists and providers?
