Why do they do this? I'm new to the game and I've noticed alot of different women share the same number which leads to alot of bait and switch..
As a newbie entering the game, someone explain to me the bait and switch tatic, if someone comes to me outcall and I don't like them I'm not paying them and asking them to leave.

As an escort, I see no LEGITIMATE reason to do this, especially since they profess to not be affiliated with an agency. I can think of a few excuses, however, with the high probability of scam.
Some of the photos look far too professional for Backpage providers. I bet they're "borrowing" shots from models or lesser-known porn stars.
(Now, just because a provider does "outcall only" doesn't mean she isn't on the up and up. Some girls prefer not to worry about or spend the money on obtaining and/or maintaining an incall, even a hotel room. Limits them quite a bit and does increase likelihood of B&S.)

I would suggest to you that to do an outcall with an unknown lady, based soley on her BP ad, without reviews or P411 to back her up, is taking a risk much larger than a bait & switch.
If you have already researched her and have seen evidence of multiple pictures, multiple ladies, etc., it could be an agency, it could be a scam, it could be a pimp. Or maybe it is just someone wanting to see the inside of your home so they can figure out the easiest way to break in and steal your valuables.
