How can i reactivate a disabled account.??

Ok I have this account as an agency which I wish to keep for my ladies.

I also have an account that was disabled and I would like to reactivate it. HOWEVER, I wish to change my Handle after i reactivate it so that I do not loose my 41 reviews. I will not be posting for my ladies on my old account but only for myself. I wish to add to my reviews and also tell old "friends" that im back..

So can someone please help ??
