Sugar Daddy/Sugar Baby

Anyone have this type of arrangement, or know of one? I have been thinking about it lately.

I have in the past. 2 went very well... 1 not so much.

Is there a proper procedure for finding/arranging it? I am very much a newbie to it. Been in the hobby for a few years
